YOU CAN TRAIN TO SAVE LIVES.
The Jordan Elizabeth Harris Foundation believes in empowering our community members with the confidence and competence to help someone at risk for suicide. Our goal is to ensure that every Tarrant County resident has the tools to save a life.
WHAT IS QPR?
QPR – Question, Persuade, and Refer – is suicide prevention training designed to give every person in our community the confidence and competence to help someone at risk for suicide.
Parents, friends, neighbors, teachers, ministers, doctors, nurses, office supervisors, squad leaders, foremen, police officers, advisors, caseworkers, firefighters and other community members – anyone can learn these 3 simple steps that teach you how to recognize the warning signs, offer hope, and get help.
